Delivery Information
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free shipping is available within Australia for orders $75 and over. Where your order is less than $75, a flat postage rate of just $6.95 will be applied.
Items highlighted as "Heavy item" may incur additional delivery fees based on remote locations and/or heavy weight. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted to discuss prior to posting your order. Generally, the flat rate postage above will apply.
Brisbane local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $60 within the Greater Brisbane area. For orders under $60, a flat postage rate of just $6.95 will be applied.
Post codes eligible for our local delivery rates will show an additional shipping option of "Delivery to Greater Brisbane area" in your cart's shipping estimate and during checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries only, please contact us for a quote prior to checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Green Door Living is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How will my item be packed?
We are always conscious and considerate of the impacts that parcel delivery can have on the environment. Your order will be packed with the least impact on the environment while still minimising the chance of your item being damaged in transit.
Our main packaging materials to protect your items are:
- shredded wood wool - which can be reused once you have received your order (wood wool is great for gift baskets or compost for your garden).
- biodegradable bubble wrap - generally used to minimise movement and to provide extra protection of your items during transit
- shredded paper - to restrict movement in your parcel

biodegradable sticky tape (heavy duty tape will be used when extra strength is required for safe delivery of your items)
We only work with delivery partners who commit to carbon neutral delivery services for all our orders delivered within Australia.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information is generally available on the day of lodgement, however please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Full details of your orders and tracking are also available in your VIP Account.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@greendoorliving.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Note: Remote locations may take longer than 7 days for delivery.
Refunds and returns

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at info@greendoorliving.com.au with your order number and include photos of the item and package's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis in line with our refunds and returns policy but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
