Payments

Purchases can be made using many payments methods including Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Gift cards are currently not available at Green Door Living

Items will be posted upon receipt of full payment. If you would like to confirm the receipt of your payment, please contact us at info@greendoorliving.com.au

Shipping Information

All orders are posted from Brisbane via courier or Australia Post depending on the items purchased and the delivery destination. Crystals are generally delicate items and are carefully packed to minimise the chance of damage while in transit.

Upon receipt of your parcel, please open and unwrap carefully over a soft surface to ensure items are not broken when opening.

Free shipping is available within Australia for orders $75 and over. Where your order is less than $75, a flat postage rate of $6.95 applies.

Items highlighted as "Heavy item" may incur additional delivery fees based on remote locations and/or heavy weight. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted to discuss prior to posting your order.

All deliveries from Green Door Living are posted from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Customs fees do not apply for orders within Australia.
For all orders delivered outside of Australia, customs fees may be applicable based on your delivery destination. These international customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders and Returns

Tracking numbers are provided for all deliveries. Information will be provided upon lodgement of your parcel.

All orders are posted with tracking to enable you to monitor it's delivery.
If your order has not been received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

Crystals and other items purchased from Green Door Living are carefully packed prior to delivery to minimise the chances of damage during transit.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately including photographs of the packaging and damage to your items so that we can follow-up with the courier.

Please ensure you choose carefully prior to ordering as all purchases are final. If you need any further information or photos prior to placing your order, please contact us using the "Ask a question" link available on each item on our store.
