Open Box - Buy now & Ship later
Opt-in to our Open Box shipping option to buy now while the items are still available and delay shipping until you are ready for them to be sent.
By delaying shipping you can combine your orders from our website, social media posts and live sales in a single delivery, saving you money on postage.
Shipping is calculated and paid separately when you are ready to ship (NOT FREE unless over $150 in Australia on standard postage items).
Once you close your open box, your orders will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after paying your shipping invoice. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order to Shipping in 4 Easy Steps after Open Box has been activated on your account:
- Select items from our website or social media sales, select "Add to Open Box" shipping option and pay for the items purchased
- Repeat Step 1 until ready to ship
- When you are ready to ship, select "Close Open Box" shipping option on your order or contact us directly.
- Your box will be packed, shipping invoice sent, and once payment confirmed your order will be shipped.
Note: Standard shipping fees apply to your combined orders.
Items highlighted as "Heavy item" may incur additional delivery fees based on remote locations and/or heavy weight. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted to discuss prior to posting your order. Generally, the flat rate postage above will apply.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries only, please contact us for a quote prior to checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Green Door Living is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
