Facebook - Crystal Bites Post and Live Sales

Our Crystal Bites Sales let our Australian Facebook followers have early access to a selection of our NEW ARRIVALS and special items before they are made public on our website.

New customers must send their email address to us for invoicing. (NOTE: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt).

Shipping is calculated and paid separately when you are ready to ship (NOT FREE unless over $150 in Australia on standard postage items). Open Box shipping is available, contact us to have this activated on your account. 

Buying items on our Crystal Bites posts and live sales:

• Facebook sales are currently only available to our Australian customers.
• Comment “Claim”, "Sold" or "Mine" to purchase.
• First comment to appear for GDL is the person who gets the item.
• When you claim an item it is considered a commitment to buy.
• We reserve the right to cancel claims or bids at our sole discretion.
• Display stands are sold separately, please let us know if you’d like to add any stands or bases to your order.
• Payment/Invoicing is through our Green Door Living website only. You just need an email address and credit card.
• Invoices are sent to your email address within 48 hours of your purchase.
• Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
• If there’s something you’d like to see, send us a request!

Facebook Auctions:

• Unique or unusual items may be sold through an auction on our Facebook page.
• The timeframe for the auction will be provided in the post or live sale.
• Our above Crystal Bites rules apply for all auctions.
• We reserve the right to cancel actions at our sole discretion.
• All bids are considered final. Customers are not allowed to edit, delete or retract bid comments.
• During auctions, we reserve the right to add additional time to the auction if there is a high intensity of bidding at the end.
